How Charm Bar & Restaurant Began
We opened Charm Bar & Restaurant in November 2020, right in the middle of the pandemic. It wasn't easy, but we believed Brooklyn needed something different-something that felt like home for many of us from the islands. The goal was simple: bring real Caribbean flavor to Park Slope in a space where people could feel welcome and enjoy something special.
Inspired by Caribbean Roots
Our food is a mix of Caribbean and American favorites. A lot of it comes from my family's roots in Haiti alongside Jamaica, Trinidad, and the Caribbean diaspora. Every dish tells a story—from the jerk chicken to the guava wings. We also make sure there's something for everyone, which is why we have vegan options that keep the same quality and flavor as everything else.

Cool spot downtown!! Atmosphere is nice... A little smaller than I expected but comfortable. Would definitely recommend making a reservation. And last but not least, Vee was absolutely wonderful!! Very personable service, great recommendations and overall professionalism was on point!! Will definitely we returning.

We went for a bday celebration. The host/servers were very nice and welcoming. The vibe and DJ were amazing! We danced the entire we ate. The Cloud 9 drink highly recommend... Overall 10/10
